Personal information about apprentices, tradespersons, journeypersons, and persons required to have completed Modular Training Requirements may be shared between the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and the Ministry of Labour. This personal information may be used for the purpose of ensuring that persons working in these areas are properly authorized to do that work in Ontario, and where they are not, the personal information will be shared for purposes of enforcing the appropriate laws.
