Approved School Board users will have access to EOIS-APPR for the purpose of:
- Applying an OYAP student as a program participant
- Adding a training agreement or contract
- Printing the training agreement or contract
- Viewing information related to the OYAP client’s record
- Creating a client list
- Maintaining School Board information (e.g., addresses, contact information)
- Viewing Service Provider Representative, Service Provider Registration Authority and Service Provider Subscriber information
- Adding a Service Provider Subscriber
The training curriculum for Service Provider staff using EOIS-APPR is based on their role and responsibilities and how the system will support the performance of these responsibilities.
Three online modules have been created to introduce staff to system concepts as well as specific system functionality. Staff may wish to complete the online modules in the order they are displayed. The online modules in conjunction with the User Manual for School Boards, and on line help functionality on each page, will support SPRAs and Service Provider Subscribers as they begin to use EOIS-APPR.
In addition, the online training modules are also available for download as a ZIP file below, contains both English and French versions. The modules include a table of contents and closed captioning. The modules hosted on this EOPG page make reference to these features but do not include them due to technical limitations. Please note, the training content contained is not copy written; therefore, providers may make copies of the online training modules for distribution to your staff.
