Service Delivery Advisory Group



Mandate

The Service Delivery Advisory Group (SDAG) provides a mechanism for dialogue of shared issues relating to the implementation of Employment Ontario among MTCU and third-party delivery stakeholders of the Employment Ontario network. SDAG aims to ensure that Employment Ontario programs and services enhance the labour market outcomes of Ontarians.

Principal Functions/Roles

SDAG members will:

  • provide MTCU with advice on program design, third-party service delivery, and planning of Employment Ontario's employment programs and skills training interventions;
  • provide on-going feedback to MTCU from its constituencies/sectors on the implementation of Employment Ontario;
  • Solicit the participation of Employment Ontario service providers with Employment Ontario transition/implementation projects as required;
  • support broad-based Employment Ontario communication efforts; and
  • establish priority issues and milestones for joint work.
