Client Referral Guide

Take advantage of this on line tool designed to assist staff and service providers. It provides accurate, relevant and current information on Employment Ontario services, as well as training and employment programs in partner ministries. By using this information you will refer customers to the service provider within or outside the Employment Ontario network that can meet their employment and training needs.

There is also a print version, the Employment Ontario Information and Referral Resource Guide, May 2008 (PDF, 218 KB), for those who need access away from their computers.

Marketing and Signage

Updated instructions on how to communicate using the Employment Ontario Brand, including external signage, can be found in the Visual Identity and Communications Guidelines for Employment Ontario Service Providers, 2010. These guidelines are for service deliverers providing Employment Services. Organizations "on hold" and those delivering Literacy and Basic Skills and apprenticeship will continue to use the previous guidelines.
