The following is a list of violations of the Private Career Colleges Act.
All Private Career Colleges must be registered with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Any unregistered institution offering vocational training is breaking the law.
Registered Private Career Colleges must register their institutions and have their programs approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Unregistered institutions offering unapproved vocational programs are in violation of the Private Career Colleges Act.
