SUBJECT: Signing Your Agreement Online
I am pleased to share with you exciting new information about signing your transfer payment agreement with the ministry. You will now be able to electronically sign your legal agreement online using Service Provider Connect (SP Connect).
Using e-consent will enable you to complete and submit documents faster and more efficiently. The new process will also eliminate waste and allow you to manage all aspects of your agreement in a single location.
There is no longer the need to print, sign and mail the agreement. You will be notified by e-mail once the ministry has generated your agreement. Then, using SP Connect, you can simply confirm you are the signing authority, choose to electronically consent and submit the agreement to the ministry. Upon submission you will receive an email indicating that the agreement has been electronically submitted.
Once the agreement is received, the ministry will also sign it electronically. When the agreement becomes active in the system you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm the process is complete.
