Act, s. 15 (3) – Registrant to comply with conditions Section 15 (3) of the Act provides “The registrant shall operate the private career college in accordance with the conditions applicable to the registrant’s registration or renewal of registration.” Section 19 (1) of the Regulation sets out that it is a condition of registration that a private career college operator ensure that no student be admitted without meeting the admission requirements for the program. There was no proof for one student demonstrating how the student had met the section 19 admission requirement. |
