These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against an unregistered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46(1) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered the Formula Life Inc. o/a Formula Life Institute of Aesthetics to stop:
- Operating a private career college contrary to s. 7 of the Act;
- Offering or providing an unapproved vocational program contrary to s. 8 (1) of the Act; and
- Advertising an unregistered private career college and an unapproved vocational program contrary to s.11 of the Act.
Required Actions
By June 13, 2014, Formula Life Inc. o/a Formula Life Institute of Aesthetics is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
- Have stopped operating an unregistered private career college;
- Have stopped offering or providing an unapproved vocational program; and
- Have stopped advertising an unregistered private career college and an unapproved vocational program.
Note: Nothing in this Order prevents the School from providing aesthetic services to the public.
