Failure to comply with an order of the Superintendent made under s. 46 of the Act On June 20, 2014, The Superintendent issued the School a Compliance and Restraining Order for contraventions of the Act. The School was ordered to stop contravening sections 8, 9 and 11 of the Act; Between April and June of 2016 a Designate of the Superintendent observed the School’s website www.tecolleges.ca and found evidence that they were advertising unapproved vocational programs identified in the June 20, 2014 Restraining and Compliance Order. A Notice of Contravention was issued on July 12, 2016. The Institution confirmed compliance on November 10, 2016 |
