These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against a registered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered Toronto Fade Master Academy and Miami Fades Inc. to:

  • Stop offering and providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act; and,
  • Stop soliciting persons to enroll in an unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (3) of the Act.

Required Actions

By October 10, 2018, Toronto Fade Master Academy and Miami Fades Inc. are required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  1. Stopped offering and providing unapproved vocational programs;
  2. Stopped soliciting persons to enrol into unapproved vocational programs;
  3. Provide refunds to students enrolled into the unapproved vocational programs; and,
  4. Provide a confirmation that Toronto Fade Master Academy and Miami Fades Inc., will not offer the unapproved vocational programs until such time as Toronto Fade Master Academy and Miami Fades Inc. are registered and the program approved.
