These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Compliance Order against a registered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (2) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered Cortechma Inc o/a Cortechma Academy of Computer Engineering & Automation Technology to stop contravening the following sections of the Act:
A. Section 15(1) Conditions of Registration
A registration or renewal of a registration may be made subject to conditions specified by the Superintendent or prescribed by regulation.
B. Section 15(3) Registrant to comply with conditions
The registrant shall operate the private career college in accordance with the conditions applicable to the registrant’s registration or renewal of registration
Required Actions
By January 29, 2021 Cortechma Inc. was required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
A. Had provided a Continuation Certificate demonstrating the renewal for surety bond for the period from July 26, 2020 to July 26, 2021.
B. Would comply with all financial conditions of registration that have been placed on its registration by the Superintendent of the Private Career Colleges, as set out under Sections 6 and 15 of the Act.
