The Superintendent has ordered 12296411 Canada Inc. o/a Atlas Truck Training College to stop:
A. offering or providing vocational programs, while the Business is not registered, and the programs not approved by the Superintendent contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
Required Actions
By November 16, 2021, 12296411 Canada Inc. o/a Atlas Truck Training College was required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
A. Have stopped offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
