These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against a registered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered Caribbean Flying Club Inc. to stop:

A. offering or providing vocational programs, while the Business is not registered and the programs not approved by the Superintendent contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act

and

B. advertising the provision of vocational programs, including the Commercial Pilot Licence program, while the Business is not registered, and the program is not approved by the Superintendent contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act


Required actions

By May 14, 2021, Caribbean Flying Club Inc. was required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that the business has:

A. stopped offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005

and

B. stopped advertising unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005
