Updating Program or Service Information

Keeping your program and service information up-to-date is not only a part of your contractual obligations it also ensures that clients are able to find you easily. On a regular basis throughout the year follow these 5 easy steps (July 25, 2012) to ensure that your information is accurate, current and easily accessible through the ‘What services are available near me?’ section of the Employment Ontario website.


All forms, including the mandatory Participant Registration and Exit and Follow Up forms, are available in one location to make finding what you need quick and efficient. Forms are organized both by type and program name to help you find what you’re looking for.

Communications for the LBS Network

All Employment Ontario service providers should sign up for the Employment Ontario Partners’ Gateway (EOPG) Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feed to be automatically updated when new documents are posted on the EOPG.

RSS is a format used for delivering web content to subscribers of a news/information feed. Each feed includes the date, title, summary and a link to the full article. To view the full article, simply click on the headline.

LBS organizations must protect the personal information they collect, use and disclose as they deliver and report on the LBS program. To assist organizations in meeting this obligation, the ministry has developed a number of tools.
